Precision Inspections INC is an S-Corporation registered in the State of California, corporate number C455977, and registered with the Director of Industrial Relation number PW-LR 1000635290, successfully provided over twenty years of DSA project inspection services throughout Southern California. Precision Inspections INC’s main office is located at 18589 Mecca Street. Hesperia California 92345. Precision Inspections INC also has a satellite office located at 42535 Devant Circle Temecula California 92592. We are a highly qualified full-service Division of the State Architect Inspection Company. Personally, I have over twenty years of work experience in this field and my team of inspectors combined experience exceeds fifty years. The company has expertise in all aspects of building construction and inspections in the K-12 education and higher-learning community college sectors.

Precision Inspections INC brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, as an IOR. Precision Inspections INC has worked closely with many DSA Field Representatives, architects, structural engineers, contractors, Construction managers, and district representatives. A key element in our corporate mission is to ensure excellence and dedication in understanding our clients' needs while successfully providing high-quality results in a cost-effective and timely manner. Also, creating value for our clients in every project we are assigned.

Ensuring Compliance and Accountability

The responsibility of Precision Inspections INC will be to ensure that the DSA-approved construction documents will be adhered to by all parties of the construction team, giving accountability to all. Through our organization and team approach, Precision Inspections INC provides the necessary depth of qualified personnel to accomplish multiple tasks received from the district in a proactive, efficient, and effective way. Including providing the district a weekly report itemizing deficiencies in the work, and a synopsis of the work schedule including changes in the work. Additionally, we select inspectors who are experienced and knowledgeable with the current Title 24 California Building Standards Administrative Code, the DSA Box, and DSA PR13-01.
